RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kingdom-Minded-Accessories LLC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

Here are the key points of our return policy:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 calendar days from the date on which you received the goods from the courier. Please send an email with your order number. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Condition of Items:

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Gifts

If you purchased products as gifts, the purchaser would receive a refund for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
